Studiohuerta is a design firm led by Gabriel Huerta.


Located in Brooklyn, New York and Tijuana, Mexico, the firm unites professionals from a diverse array of cultural and educational backgrounds. Studiohuerta has completed projects in both the US and Mexico; current work includes a performing arts center and single-family residences in Tijuana and Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico.

Born in Tijuana, Gabriel Huerta previously worked in the offices of Richard Meier & Partners in New York and Estudio Herreros in Madrid, Spain. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Tennessee, a Master of Science in Environmental Design from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a Master of Architecture from Yale University. He is an adjunct professor at New York Institute of Technology.
